Free trial FAQs
How long is the Canvas Builder free trial?
There is no time limit: the trial is credit-based, not clock-based. You get 5 free credits on signup and they never expire, so you can come back and use them whenever you are ready.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Signing up for the 5 free credits requires no credit card. You only enter payment details if you choose to buy more credits later.
What is included in the free trial?
Full access to the CanvasAI Engine: generate a real Bootstrap 5 page, preview it live, use the full template and block library, and download your result. With 5 credits a new build is one complete page; multi-page sites need 10 or more credits.
What happens when my free credits run out?
Nothing is charged automatically and nothing is deleted. Your account and saved work stay put. When you want to build more, buy a credit pack from $9 (30 credits, which never expire). No subscription is required to keep building and downloading.
Do Canvas HTML Template owners get more free credits?
Yes. If you own the Canvas HTML Template, verify your purchase with your Envato login in Account settings and 10 free credits are added instantly. Your Canvas support needs to be active.
Where do I start?
