Credits are how you pay for the AI’s work. Building a site uses credits. Editing uses fewer. Everything else (previewing, publishing, exporting) is free. There are no surprise charges.
What is a credit?
A credit is a small unit of AI work. The cost of a build or edit is metered from the actual work it takes, so a quick tweak costs very little and a big multi-page site costs more. You always see the exact amount used right after each turn.
Rough cost estimator
Move the controls to get a feel for typical costs. These are friendly ballpark ranges, not a bill.
Illustrative only. Credit use is metered from the actual AI work each build or edit takes, so simple requests cost less and complex ones cost more. The dollar figure uses your pack’s real price, and bigger packs cost less per credit. You always see the exact credits used after each turn.
The two kinds of credits
Your balance can hold two types of credits. You never have to manage this. It just works, but here is what is going on:
- Come with a monthly subscription.
- Refresh each month.
- Used up first.
- From free signup, bonuses, or credit packs.
- Never expire.
- Used after your plan credits.
Getting more credits
- Free to start: new accounts get starter credits.
- Subscriptions: a monthly allowance that refreshes.
- Credit packs: one-time top-ups that never expire.
- Bonuses: extra credits for connecting a Canvas purchase.
See current plans and packs on the pricing section or your credits page.
